2005 INNOVISION TECHNOLOGY AWARD FINALISTS NAMED

Greenville, SC , September 1 – The InnoVision Technology Awards Advisory Board today announced the finalists for the 2005 InnoVision Technology Awards.

The InnoVision Technology Awards program, founded in 1999 by Deloitte & Touche, recognizes and honors Upstate businesses, individuals and organizations that have demonstrated significant advancements in the areas of innovation and technological progress.

Winners will be named at the 2005 InnoVision Technology Awards Dinner at the Palmetto Expo Center on November 9, 2005. The achievements of finalists and winners will be highlighted in videos at the event. The recipient of the Dr. Charles Townes Award will also be announced at the Awards Dinner.

“The judges, an independent panel whose members reside outside the Upstate region, continue to be impressed with the diversity of the technological advances here. We received more than 50 entries from throughout the Upstate.
