Seats Remain for Seminar on Improving Electrical Safety
GREENVILLE, SC – October 31, 2007 – A limited number of places remain for a seminar on protecting South Carolina businesses and their employees from electrical shock, burns and costly equipment failure, organizers announced today. The November 8 program in Greenville will also update employers on the latest OSHA regulations for electrical safety-related work practices.
Upstate-based Rosenfeld Einstein, a major regional insurance agent/broker, will host a seminar on November 8 in Greenville designed to educate South Carolina businesses on how best to address just these challenges. “Preventing Arc Flash Hazards” will provide attending organizations with essential safety related work practices mandated by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, provide updated reference materials on personal protective equipment for employees, and cover relevant employer obligations and requirements.
The 3-hour program will be presented by safety consultant Kurt Rayburg of Rosenfeld Einstein, a regional, full-service insurance agent/ brokerage and consulting firm based in Greenville and serving clients across the Carolinas. Rayburg is a Certified Safety Professional and Certified Professional Environmental Auditor, and helps clients maintain OSHA standards and create safer work environments. A sought-after trainer and presenter, he is published on a variety of safety-related topics.

Attendees will receive a comprehensive workbook containing OSHA regulations, full NFPA 70E requirements, a matrix on personal protective equipment selections and a copy of the presentation. A continental breakfast will be provided. The seminar will run from 9am – 12 noon at the Rosenfeld Einstein offices, 870 South Pleasantburg Drive, in Greenville, South Carolina.
