CHARLESTON - On Wednesday, Janurary 23rd, the Embassy of Vietnam in Washtington, D.C. is sending three of their leading representatives to South Carolina to discuss Business Opportunities with Vietnam. Hosted by the South Carolina World Trade Center, they will be speaking at the first luncheon meeting of the "goGLOBAL! 2008 Luncheon Meetings" at the Charleston Area Convention Center Complex froom noon-2:30 pm.
Visiting Charleston from the Vietnam Embassy in Washington, D.C. are: Mr. Nguyen Tien Minh, Minister, Deputy Chief of the Mission; Mr. Ngo Van Thoan, Trade Counselor Head of Trade Section; and Mr. Bui Liem, Counselor for Investment Affairs.
During the luncheon, we will explore trade and investment opportunities between Vietnam and S.C. and offer open discussion with attendees. This is your chance to get a special glimpse into the fastest developing market of the US in the Southeast Asia region.
After, we will offer a more ‘up close and personal’ Q&A on these topics in the form of Trader-Round Tables. Members should take advantage of matchmaking sessions for an additional cost!
