Dynamic Realty hosts “Maximizing Your Business Value” event in March
Dynamic Realty will host an event open to all real estate agents on Tuesday, March 11, to address how attendees can increase marketability for and add value to their real estate practices. The event is free and will be held at the Phoenix Inn, 246 N. Pleasantburg Drive, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Alan Melton, CBI, CBB, managing partner of Empire Business Brokers, LLC, will be presenting speaker. Melton will also discuss key value drivers that will maximize the sale of a real estate practice, as well as provide options for exiting a business.
Greenville-based Empire Business Brokers provides confidential buying and selling assistance to small, growing and middle market companies and helps entrepreneurs evaluate their business priorities.
The event is part of a series of professional development presentations – designed exclusively for REALTORS – and Dynamic Realty’s ongoing efforts to educate local real estate agents on different topics that affect their industry.
“Real estate agents enjoy the freedom of being their own boss, as well as the rewards and challenges that come with being an entrepreneur,” said Rick Stroud, president of Dynamic Realty. “This event will provide sound strategies and advice on how they can effectively manage their businesses.”
Greater Greenville Association of REALTOR members are encouraged to attend the event. There is no charge but, because of limited seating, pre-registration is required.
Interested individuals should e-mail Stroud at Rick@DynamicUpstate.com. The deadline for registering is Monday, March 10, at 5 p.m. For more information on Dynamic Realty, visit www.DynamicUpstate.com.
