Dynamic Realty connects local businesses, agents with "Resource Partner" program

Dynamic Realty has launched its “Resource Partner” program, an initiative that links its REALTORS with participating local businesses and professionals to provide immediate access to a variety of resources within the community. Area organizations that have already joined with the Upstate real estate brokerage include: Dahlia, a Florist; J. Darryl Holland Law Firm; W.N. Watson Tire and Automotive; My Three Sons Home Repair; and Ben Leaphart with the law firm of Ashmore, Leaphart, Rabon & Hinds.
According to Rick Stroud, president of Dynamic Realty, real estate agents constantly rely on and to turn to other local businesses and professionals for assistance, information and support. The “Resource Partner” program was designed to streamline this process for the brokerage’s REALTORS.
Dynamic Realty does not receive or expect a discount from participating partners, nor does it charge an advertising fee for businesses to be included on their referral list.
“We partner with them as our allies, not as a revenue source,” said Stroud.
Stroud expects to add approximately 25 other professionals and businesses as Resource Partners to include a variety of industries, services and resources in the area.
“This is a win/win situation for everyone involved,” continued Stroud. “With the ‘Resource Partner’ program, we can build a network of businesses that ensure professional, dependable and reliable service, while intertwining our agents – and our partners – further into the community.”
