Dynamic Realty’s “Dynamic Duo” earn special designation to assist baby boomers in the Upstate
Dynamic Realty, an Upstate real estate brokerage, announces that Nan Conover and Sandy Warren, known as the “Dynamic Duo,” have each earned a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) title.
Approximately only one in 10,000 agents hold this real estate designation, which is geared to assist senior adults with buying and selling residential real estate.
The “Dynamic Duo” specializes in helping baby boomers between the ages of 50 to 64 with unique housing needs. Both reside in the Greenville area and have grown children.
According to Rick Stroud, president of Dynamic Realty, it’s important to recognize which factors are important to senior adults when purchasing a home, especially when a change in lifestyle typically leads them to make the decision to downsize their homes.
“We are proud of our ‘Dynamic Duo’s’ accomplishments,” said Stroud. “The Senior Real Estate Specialist designation shines a spotlight on Nan and Sandy’s abilities to assist the senior adult population in the Upstate area, and Dynamic Realty is excited to offer this service to our community.”
