Dynamic Realty hires two certified home stagers

Dynamic Realty, Inc., an Upstate real estate brokerage, has hired Marianne Kelly and Nancy Lentz. Both are certified home stagers.

“Home staging” is a fast-growing trend where an individual incorporates design strategies to prepare a home to sell, so it becomes more attractive to potential buyers.

With 12 years of experience in commercial property management, Kelly concentrates on residential and commercial sales in the Greenville area. She lives in Greenville and is engaged.

Lentz also has her ABR (accredited buyer representative) certification and works in the Anderson, Central, Clemson, Pendleton and Seneca communities. Lentz lives in Clemson with her husband, Bob, and is a member of the Top Producers Club.

“We are excited to add Marianne and Nancy to our team,” said Rick Stroud, president of Dynamic Realty. “With two professional home stagers, we are able to expand our offerings and meet a variety of needs within the real estate industry.”
