Dynamic Realty launches “Agent Matching” initiative

In an effort to assist potential homebuyers and sellers in selecting a real estate agent, Dynamic Realty has introduced its “Agent Matching” program.

By completing a short questionnaire that addresses individuals’ interests, preferences, hobbies and needs, the Upstate real estate brokerage can then match them with a real estate agent that is best qualified to assist in purchasing or selling a home.

Rick Stroud, president of Dynamic Realty, reviews the questionnaire and first looks for a match within the company. If there isn’t a suitable match, Stroud will then direct the individual to agents outside the firm.

“With more than 4,000 real estate agents in the Upstate area, trying to decide which one to use can be overwhelming,” said Stroud. “Our ‘Agent Matching’ program can help the home buying/selling process to be a memorable, enjoyable event by connecting an individual with a REALTOR that has extensive knowledge of a particular community, neighborhood or school system or that shares the same interests and passions.”

The service is free for anyone interested in buying a house, and there is no obligation to purchase a home.

Additionally, the plan provides an opportunity for individuals to earn referral commissions and work in the real estate industry without having to commit to full-time hours, show houses, or even sell houses. Referral Agents submit a completed questionnaire and, if the sale is completed, receive a commission. This opportunity is open to everyone, but a real estate license is required to begin.
