AWARD-WINNING FIRM ANNOUNCES NEW HIRE AND PLANS FOR CONTINUED GROWTH
VantagePoint, a Hybrid Marketing firm, has expanded their public relations department with the appointment of an additional public relations account manager.
Marybeth Leongini has joined VantagePoint as public relations manager. Leongini, who earned a masters degree in mass communications/public relations from University of South Carolina, comes to Greenville from Washington, D.C. Her previous experience includes serving as the public relations director for several national membership organizations including the Spina Bifida Association of America and the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance.
In her present role with VantagePoint, Leongini’s responsibilities will include public relations account management—strategic development and implementation of public relations programs—for assigned key clients.
VantagePoint was recently recognized by the South Carolina Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (SCPRSA) at the annual Mercury Awards ceremony held in Charleston, SC on April 10th. The annual event, which recognizes outstanding achievements in public relations and communications, awarded VantagePoint for two winning campaigns. The VantagePoint public relations team is also the reigning titleholder of the top public relations campaign in North and South Carolina, named by the Business Marketing Association of the Carolinas. The team brought home the PR gold for the last two years at the Business Marketing Association’s Carolina BMA ProAd awards competition.
