M33 to Sponsor at BMW Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament

M33 Integrated Solutions is proud to be a sponsor of the BMW Charity Pro-Am, “the only tournament on the Nationwide Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped with Nationwide Tour professionals in a three-day better-ball competition.” The amateurs and professional golfers will rotate between Carolina Country Club, Thornblade Club, and Bright’s Creek Golf Club on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. M33 has sponsored the ninth hole on each course. On Sunday, the 14 lowest-scoring teams will compete in the final round at Thornblade.

The proceeds from the BMW Charity Pro-Am will benefit local charities in the region. According to The Greenville News, last year’s tournament “raised $2.02 million, and in seven years it has raised $5.7 million that has been distributed to more than 80 charitable organizations.” Sammy Riddle, Senior Partner and head of the company’s administrative office in downtown Greenville said, “We at M33 Integrated Solutions have a history of supporting community programs, both at the individual and the company level. The Upstate has been good to us, and we’re happy to be part of an event that gives back to so many in this area.“

The BMW Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament will take place from May 15-18, 2008.
