Watermark Advisors Expansion

Watermark Advisors is pleased to announce the relocation of their Greenville office, as well as the addition of a new office in New York City, and the hiring of several professionals. Watermark Advisors is an investment banking firm dedicated to helping privately-owned companies grow faster and harvest more value from their business. The firm provides merger and acquisition advisory services; private debt and equity financings; valuations; strategic and financial modeling; and industry research and analysis services. Now entering its seventh year of business, Watermark Advisors has been a FINRA member firm since 2004.

Watermark’s Greenville office is now located in the Falls Place building at 531 South Main Street. Joining the Greenville team led by Executive Managing Director Hagen Rogers are Jim Twining, Senior Advisor, and Gillian Girard, Analyst, and Daniel Wiley, Analyst. Twining will continue as Managing Partner and CEO of Southern Tide, LLC in Greenville while fulfilling his duties for Watermark.

Watermark’s New York office will open this September in midtown Manhattan at 535 Madison Avenue under the leadership of Executive Managing Director Ben Duster. Paul West, third-year Analyst, will relocate to New York from the Greenville office to join new Senior Advisor Neil Benedict. Benedict brings over 30 years of transaction experience to Watermark, most notably from previous positions as Managing Director with Salomon Brothers; Dillon, Read & Co.; ING Barings; and The Sage Group LLC.
