TeleHealth Names Richard A. Warner New Director of Project Management
RALEIGH, NC — August 19, 2008 – TeleHealth Services, Inc., a leading provider of integrated communication solutions for the healthcare market, has recruited Richard A. Warner to the new position of Director of Project Management. His duties will include leading a nationally deployed team of professional project managers in the delivery of products and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality work and cost effectiveness.
“Richard joins the TeleHealth team at a key period in our growth,” said Joel Harris, Senior Vice President of TeleHealth Services. “His extensive experience in customer service, project and matrix management and direct management will support our customers nationally with our Tigr, TigrNet and other products.”
Mr. Warner has more than 20 years of experience in project management and customer service. Most recently the Director of Operations, Sales and Care Support at EMBARQ, a distributor of communications services, Mr. Warner led a team of more than 100 program management professionals in delivery of complex IT and customer experience solutions. While there, he directed the implementation of a new sales and customer experience process that led to EMBARQ receiving a J.D. Power & Associates customer service award for business in 2007. Prior to EMBARQ, Mr. Warner was Director of Operations at Sprint and Divisions Operations Manager at United Telephone of Florida.
Mr. Warner has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Orlando.
