This conference will offer timely and specific training opportunities for those companies who want to better learn how to get lean as well as specific training for the Shingo Prize. Training sessions will also be offered by the SC Manufacturing Extension Partnership. The sessions will be conducted by some of the foremost experts in these fields.

Please note if you will only be attending the Lean Conference and not the optional training classes, the first session will begin Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. with a breakfast speaker.
