South Carolina Food Drive
The largest food drive in state history.
On March 28th 2009, over 3000 people will move outside of their box to serve in front of a local grocery store. In what is being called a test drive, Greg Weinstein of Food From The Heart has partnered with Harvest Hope food bank and several churches in four counties.
The objective is simple, collect enough food to ease the burden that is falling on the agencies that serve those that find themselves unable to meet some of the basic needs we all have.
