Coldwell Banker Caine Ignores Housing Slump -- Wins 6 National Awards for Performance
Coldwell Banker Caine and its sales associates recently outperformed many of the 3,500 Coldwell Banker offices nationally to earn six awards for exemplary production in 2008.
Coldwell Banker Caine, which provides real estate services to Greenville, Spartanburg, Pickens, and Oconee counties, recently was awarded the following at Coldwell Banker’s International Business Conference:
• Chairman’s Circle (in Top 2% of all Coldwell Banker firms). This is the12th consecutive year Coldwell Banker Caine has received this award.
• Southern Region--Number 1 Office of 21-35 Sales Associates – Coldwell Banker Caine’s Spartanburg office
• State—Number 1 Company
• State – Number 1 Office – Coldwell Banker Caine’s Downtown Greenville office
• State – Number 1 Sales Associate – Jacob Mann, Downtown Greenville office
• Region – Top 10 Sales Associates -- #8 Jacob Mann, #9 Sharon Wilson, both of the Downtown Greenville office
“Coldwell Banker Caine represents the best of what Coldwell Banker brings to the real estate industry,” says Jim Gillespie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC. “Solid customer service is a focus for Coldwell Banker Caine, and they clearly excelled in this area in 2008 by helping home buyers view owning a home as a solid investment.”
Brad Halter, President of Coldwell Banker Caine, credits the work ethic of the company’s sales associates and employees for the awards and the company’s success.
“We have a great group of people who worked tirelessly to meet their customers’ needs,” he says. “They didn’t lose themselves in the ‘doom and gloom’ of the market, and they stayed focused on providing the best possible service to each and every customer. They helped sellers to price correctly and buyers to appreciate the value of owning a home. They consistently cared for each home buyer and home seller.
“While many have been trying to re-cast home ownership as the American Nightmare, we’ve had to remind people that this isn’t true. Home ownership is still the American Dream,” Halter adds.
While Halter says he is extremely proud of the company’s 2008 results, he’s quick to point out the overall geographic significance of the company’s awards to the Upstate area.
“Because Coldwell Banker Caine was held to the same standards as its peers on a state and national basis, the company’s results show that the Upstate of South Carolina is still a good place to invest in real estate,” he says. “People within our communities see the value of home ownership in this area, and understand that our economic fundamentals are solid even given the rise in unemployment.”
Coldwell Banker Caine consists of five residential Upstate offices with 200 full-time sales associates serving Greenville, Spartanburg, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The company is ranked in the Top 2 Percent of all Coldwell Banker’s 1,232 firms internationally.
