Dave brings over 20 years of experience serving middle-market companies in executing strategic capital markets transactions. He has an extensive track record advising senior level corporate executives, senior partners at financial sponsors, and founders/entrepreneurs in building growth companies. During his career, Dave has raised over $20 billion of capital in connection with over 150 transactions, with successful transaction execution ranging across a diverse base of clients from emerging high-growth companies to large well-capitalized corporations.
