Join us for this informative talk on China's new competitive culture. Dr. Xiaobo Hu, Professor of Political Science and Director of Clemson University Center for China Studies, will lead the discussion. Just back from a trip to China, he will describe China's transition from a socialist, dependent culture to individual competition for jobs and in the workplace. He will also detail regional competition for investments and consequent changes in personnel rules of public administration.
