Holden Earns EcoBroker Certified Designation

Anne Holden, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Caine’s Downtown Greenville office, recently earned the EcoBroker Certified designation. Holden earned the designation by successfully completing a training program on energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions. The program is designed to teach real estate agents how to help their clients benefit from energy efficient and “green” features of properties.

“Anne has joined the movement of real estate professionals who want to push the real estate market toward energy-efficient, sustainable features in homes and buildings,” says Fritzi Barbour, Vice President and Broker in Charge of Coldwell Banker Caine’s Downtown Greenville office. “National surveys indicate that 9 out of 10 consumers consider energy efficiency and environmentally sound aspects of a home to be almost as important as interior finishes; Anne now is in a better position to serve the savvy green-minded real estate consumer.”

“This training helps ensure that my customers get the knowledge they need,” Holden says. “From energy-efficient appliances to solar options to overall energy savings, I now have more resources at my disposal to help buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions. I’m now in a position to recognize issues and convey information on products and services available.”

Holden has worked in the real estate profession since 1983. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and has a broker’s license. She graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a bachelor’s in Education.

Coldwell Banker Caine consists of five residential Upstate offices with 200 full-time sales associates serving Greenville, Spartanburg, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The company is ranked in the Top 2 Percent of all Coldwell Banker’s 1,232 firms internationally.
