Accelerate Your Business into the Economic Turn
Don’t get caught in the locker room when the race starts! The economy will turn around, and market demand hasn’t evaporated, it is just on the sidelines. Now is the time to get your business positioned to capitalize on the inevitable turn around. The economy has been challenging for businesses, and budgets are tight, so John Bell, President of Excel Consulting Group, is offering a complementary summer teleseminar series; “Accelerate Your Business into the Economic Turn.” The three teleseminars will present a range of ideas for businesses of all types to implement and prepare to capitalize on the recovery when (not if) it happens.
In the first teleseminar, “Positioning Your Company for the Inevitable Turn-Around,” on June 18, business leaders will learn 20 actions that can be taken even in slow economic times to be prepared to capitalize on the turn around, when it happens, and quite possibly to create their own turn-around.
The second teleseminar, “Make the Most of Your Continuous Improvement Initiative,” will be offered on July 16. This teleseminar is for any company considering embarking on a continuous improvement journey (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, or other), or want to kick it into high gear if they have already started.
The third teleseminar, “Broaden Your Market Appeal,” will be offered on August 13. Many companies are product defined or customer defined. This narrows the options for thriving in turbulent times. This discussion with a marketing expert will encourage company leaders to look more broadly at their capabilities in order to identify new customers or new ways to serve existing customers.
All teleseminars will begin at 12:00 noon and will last approximately 45 minutes.
