June 17, 2009 – Charlotte, NC – Noted SQL Server expert and author, John Welch, will present “Getting Started with Analysis Services 2008” to the Midlands chapter of the Professional Association of SQL Server (PASS) on Tuesday, July 7 at Training Concepts in Columbia, SC. John, recognized by Microsoft as an MVP (Most Valuable Professional), will provide database developers with reasons that they should be using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Attendees of the session will not be inundated with slides, but will walk through the steps it takes to create a new cube from an existing database and get a complete understanding of the value of SSAS. Based on John’s vast experiences in applying SSAS, he will provide detailed examples and real world scenarios.
