Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine Named #1 Office

Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine was named the No. 1 office in South Carolina by Coldwell Banker Commercial. The company earned the award from among 12 Coldwell Banker offices statewide for the highest closed adjusted gross commission in 2008. This is the third time that Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine has earned this award, having won it previously in 2002 and 2004.

In addition, Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine also received the Commercial Elite designation from Coldwell Banker Commercial. Each year, the top 15 companies from within the organization are invited to an event to network and have dialogue with other top commercial owners from across the country. Brad Halter, President of Coldwell Banker Caine, recently attended the event.
