Easley Sales Associates Earn Company Awards
Coldwell Banker Caine recently recognized 48 Realtors from throughout the Upstate for being ranked in the top quartile of 107,000 sales associates nationally through Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. Sales associates from the company’s Easley office -- Elizabeth Black, Susan McCoy, and Carol Walsh -- were named Bronze Society members.
Black is a life-long native of Pickens County. She has been a realtor for 20 years, and is a licensed S.C. Real Estate Broker. Prior to real estate, she worked in the textile industry for 20 years and also worked as a letter carrier at the Easley Post Office. A graduate of Pickens High School, she volunteers with Meals on Wheels.
McCoy began her career in real estate in 1997 as an assistant to a top-producing realtor before becoming a full-time, licensed sales associate in 1999. She served on a team that was among the area’s top producers until 2002 when she began working as a real estate paralegal for a local attorney. In 2004, McCoy continued her career as a realtor in the Upstate again and recently joined Coldwell Banker Caine.
A life-long resident of Easley, McCoy is a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church and serves on various church committees and organizations. She is a member of the Easley Chamber of Commerce and actively volunteers for community events.
Walsh, an Easley resident, possesses more than 25 years of real estate experience. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). Walsh is licensed as a broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She is actively involved in the Easley Chamber, Rotary and other civic organizations. She was named by the Business and Professional Women’s Club as the 2006 Pickens County Business Woman of the Year and received the honor as the S.C. Business Woman of the Year for 2007.
In addition, Amy Blume was named Coldwell Banker Caine’s Rookie of the Year for the Easley office. A native of the Upstate, Blume is a 2008 graduate of Clemson University. She attends NewSpring Church in Greenville.
Coldwell Banker Caine consists of five residential Upstate offices with 200 full-time sales associates serving Greenville, Spartanburg, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The company is ranked in the Top 2 Percent of all Coldwell Banker’s 1,232 firms internationally.
