The Neighborhood Housing Corporation (NHC) is accepting applications for the position of Executive Director. The candidate should be a self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision; should have networking, marketing, grant-writing/fundraising experience. Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.

Desirable: work experience with affordable housing; working knowledge of governmental and private funding sources.

Must have excellent organizational, communication, and management skills to work with a volunteer board, HUD officials, contractual employees, neighborhood residents, elected officials and representatives from the small cities, professional consultants, and private and public businesses.

Position is part-time (contracted annually) with potential to develop into a full-time position. Salary negotiable.
