This eight session course teaches leaders of existing companies how to improve business performance and operating profits when their business is to deliver customer-specific solutions. The course focus is nine core business practices that improve results in eight distinct areas of business performance - independent of client type or industry. Each week also provides a self-assessment tool that can be used to measure progress and results from effectively applying the core business practices. Per a previous student, this class 'Helped me organize my thoughts in order to take steps to better organize our company' CEO, solar energy company.
Course Goal: to learn how improve competitive position, business performance, and operating profits.
Subjects include: competitive positioning, revenue expansion; highly effective project proposals and pricing; and higher yield operations and organizations.
