Three Real Estate Agents Join Coldwell Banker Caine’s Verdae Office

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Sunny Brackin, Davyd Field, and Lynn West to its Verdae office.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Brackin has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. A native of Choon Chun, South Korea, she has been a resident of Greenville since 1995. Prior to working at Coldwell Banker Caine, Brackin worked at Flour Daniel. She serves as the Vice President of the Korean Association and is a member of the Lions Club International Institute and Holland Road Church of Christ.

Field is a Greer resident who has been a sales associate for the past seven years. Prior to this, he was in real estate consulting, providing economic analysis and due diligence reports for major home builders and land developers along the West Coast. He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, Calif. Field has been active in a number of community organizations, including Greenville Pops Orchestra, Pulse Chamber of Commerce Young Leaders, and Thornblade Country Club.

West has been a resident of Greenville since 1997. Having recently joined the real estate profession, she worked in retail, was a substitute school teacher, full-time Mom, and volunteer prior to making this career move. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C. She is active in her children’s school sports, including JL Mann Cheerleading and Swimming.
