• David Sigmon and Brian Scurlock represented the purchasers, Thomas E. Kelly and Kelly J. Kelly, in the sale of 1.919 acres of vacant land at Campbell Mill Road in Travelers Rest, S.C.

• Rick Cauthen represented the landlord, Monica Stasney, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 2860-B Fork Shoals Road in Piedmont, S.C. Cauthen also represented the landlord, Renaissance Greenville, LLC, in the lease of 20,572 square feet of industrial space at 211 S. Main St. in Mauldin, S.C.
