GREENVILLE, SC – Thomas Dillard, founder and president of Dillard-Jones Builders LLC, is featured in the August 2009 issue of Southern Living magazine. The article announces the Greenville, SC homebuilder as the 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year, and includes a photograph of Dillard and the company’s 2008 Southern Living Custom Builder Show House in the Tuscany Falls community of Simpsonville.
A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2007, Dillard-Jones Builders is the first South Carolina homebuilder to receive the magazine’s Builder Member of the Year award.
The Custom Builder Program is an invitation-only network of about 100 homebuilders from across the country. Builder members are selected based on their reputations among local businesses and consumers; strength of presence in their respective markets; superior quality and attention to detail; and innovative style. Builders are required to re-apply each year and are evaluated by Southern Living to assure they have met the standards.
