EngenuitySC Science Cafe - Butterflies, Climate Change, and Columbia
Did you know that butterflies are excellent indicators of the effects of climate change?
Butterflies respond rapidly to subtle shifts in temperature, so they move in response to the changing climate. As climate zones shift due to climate change, butterflies are finding their habitats increasingly squeezed.
Join EngenuitySC at EdVenture Children's Museum on August 18th to learn more about how scientists are using butterflies to study climate change and how climate change is affecting Columbia.
A guided tour of EdVenture's Butterfly Exhibit is included!
