Benji Smith, President and Broker In Charge of Flagship Properties in Greenville, recently represented the following real estate transactions in the Upstate:

• Smith represented the landlord, Peltwo Investments, LLC, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of flex space at 3092 S. Hwy 14 in Greer, S.C. to Baby Furniture Plus Kids, Inc. Jay Stephens of Langston and Black represented the tenant.
• Smith represented the landlord, Candace Air, Inc. in the lease of 1,650 square feet of flex space at 135 Interstate Blvd., in Greenville to AAA Remodeling, LLC.
• Smith represented the tenant, Dembo Automotive Technologies, Inc. in leasing office space at 3515 Pelham Road in Greenville from JCR, LLC. John Baldwin of NAI/Earle Furman represented the landlord.
