Greenville, SC-based Watermark Advisors (Member FINRA/SIPC) is pleased to announce the addition of three Senior Advisors to the firm: Max Cochran, Russell Cook and Frank Fishburne. All three individuals bring extensive experience and business acumen to the firm.
Max Cochran has had a successful career in research, engineering and business. Notable past positions include Burlington Industries R&D Labs, Frontier Electronics, Texfi Industries as President of Highland Yarn Mills, and most recently Louis P. Batson Company.
Russell Cook currently serves as managing director and managing partner of 4e Ventures and 4e Group, respectively. Between 2006 and 2008, Cook served as program director of SC Launch, a collaboration amongst the SC Research Authority, Clemson University, the Medical University of SC, and the University of SC, which assists SC entrepreneurs through mentoring, seed funding, and access to a powerful resource network.
Frank Fishburne, of Asheville, North Carolina, entered the securities business with Reynolds & Company and later joined McCarley & Company and its acquirer, Interstate Securities, until he left the securities business in 1990 to return full time to his family’s business, Fishburne International, where he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO.
