Three Leading Upstate Homebuilders Form Ivy Builders, LLC

GREENVILLE, SC – Three leading Upstate homebuilders have formed a new company to develop, design and build Ivy Grove, a new Greenville community on Grove Road. Thomas Dillard, Scott Lynch and Brad Thompson have formed Ivy Builders, LLC to exclusively build a new Augusta Road area neighborhood on property formerly known as Ivy Lawn, the site of the historic Williams-Earle House.

Ivy Builders, LLC offers a builder team with expertise in real estate development and sales, residential design, and award-winning construction. Dillard, the owner of Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC, represents Southern Living’s Custom Builder program in the Greenville, SC market and is the 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year. Lynch is a licensed South Carolina homebuilder, general contractor, and real estate broker, and the owner of Hollison Custom Homes, LLC. Thompson is the owner of First Choice Custom Homes and the first homebuilder to be featured in the 'Reality Home Building' series of Designer Dream Homes magazine.

Ivy Grove features 41 home sites, and residential designs that blend with the early Twentieth Century bungalow-style architecture found along many of the tree-lined streets in Greenville’s Augusta Road area. Homes will range from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet, and all homes will be ENERGY STAR-certified, according to Dillard.
