Realtors Named Top Producers of Coldwell Banker Caine’s

Annemarie DeFronzo, Candace Boatwright, and Susan Reid recently were honored as the Top Producers respectively from Coldwell Banker Caine’s Verdae office for the second quarter of 2009.

DeFronzo has lived in Greenville since 1987, and has been a Realtor since 2003. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of The Realtor Institute, and a Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist. She has served as president of several prominent organizations, including The Greenville Chorale, The Children’s Hospital Development Council, and The Guild of the Greenville Symphony. She has received numerous recognitions including The Jefferson Award and The Order of The Jessamine. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn.

Boatwright is native to Greenville and has been a Realtor since 2001. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Cartus Certified Agent, a USAA Certified Agent, and has earned her S.C. Broker’s License. She also holds her Residential and Recreational Specialist Designation, and is a licensed broker in Florida. She graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. She continued her education at Emory University in Atlanta, where she pursued Biostatistics. She is active in the United Way, Brookwood Church, Greenville County recreational softball, and her son’s school.

Reid has lived in Greenville since 1967 and has been a Realtor since 2007. Before beginning her career in residential real estate, she was in marketing and sales, working at the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and for the Greenville News and Talk Magazine. Reid is involved in Buncombe Street Methodist Church, Clements Kindness, and Greenville High School Booster Club. She graduated from the University of South Carolina.
