Top Producers Names for Coldwell Banker Caine’s Spartanburg Office

Francie Little, Holly West, and Kaye McIntyre recently were honored as the Top Producers respectively from Coldwell Banker Caine’s Spartanburg office for the second quarter of 2009.

Little, who is the office’s Top Producer this quarter, has lived in Spartanburg since 1966 and has been in the real estate business since 1984. She has been involved with many community organizations, including Safe Homes/Rape Crisis Center, the Spartanburg Humane Society, the Alumnae Advisory Council of Converse College, and the Vestry of the Episcopal Church of the Advent. She also is a past president of the Junior League of Spartanburg and is active in her neighborhood association in Converse Heights. She is a Leadership Spartanburg graduate.

West has been selling real estate since 1998. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, and became a relocation specialist in 2004. She is a graduate of the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. West volunteers on various committees for the Spartanburg Board of Realtors and The Home Builders Association of Spartanburg. She also delivers Mobile Meals and attends First Baptist Church of Spartanburg. She attended Spartanburg Technical College and the University of South Carolina where she earned her bachelor’s degree.

McIntyre is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and is a Real Estate Broker Associate. She has more than 20 years of real estate experience. She has been involved in the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce, Spartanburg YMCA, Spartanburg Community Events Board, United Way, and Spartanburg Arts Partnerships. She currently serves on the Leadership Spartanburg Alumni board and is an active member of the Spartanburg Regional Heart Board.
