A distinguished panel of four successful entrepreneurs from the Carolinas will be recognized on Thursday, Oct. 8 during the seventh annual Clemson University Master Panel of Entrepreneurs, sponsored by the Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
The Master Panel will feature winners and finalists of the prestigious Ernst & Young 2009 Carolinas Region Entrepreneur of the Year® award competition at the Westin Poinsett Hotel in Greenville. These well-seasoned entrepreneurs come from backgrounds from a wide variety of industries, including specialty retailing, technology, and health care. They will share important highlights and lessons from their business experiences and take questions from the audience during a 90-minute panel session from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the speakers and network during an on-site reception beginning at 5:30 p.m.

In June, the Ernst & Young 2009 Carolinas Entrepreneur of the Year® winners were announced at a ceremony held in Charlotte, for which the Spiro Institute is the Master Panel Patron.The Master Panel is a College of Business and Behavioral Science and Clemson Renaissance Center event.The Spiro Institute is a unit of the College of Business and Behavioral Science at Clemson. The Institute’s mission is to advance education, research, and outreach in entrepreneurial leadership.
