Mark Lee to Speak at S.C. Society for Human Resource Management Annual Conference Oct. 1
Mark Lee, president and founder of Management Solutions, is scheduled to speak at the upcoming South Carolina Society for Human Resource Management annual conference in Myrtle Beach on Oct. 1.
Lee will offer his expertise in the area of succession planning and leadership development tools and discuss proper use of 360 degree feedback systems in the workplace. The 360 degree feedback is a method for providing employees with performance feedback from his or her supervisor, staff members, coworkers and customers and creating a workplace that maximizes each employee’s strengths.
During his presentation, Lee will discuss the proper use of 360 feedback systems, their advantages and pitfalls and best practices for performing a successful 360 feedback.
