Realtors Named Top Producers of Coldwell Banker Caine's Easley Office for 2nd Quarter 2009

Susan McCoy, Carol Walsh, and Dennis Gardner recently were honored as the Top Producers respectively from Coldwell Banker Caine’s Easley office for the second quarter of 2009.

McCoy began her career in real estate in 1997 as an assistant to a top-producing realtor before becoming a full-time, licensed sales associate in 1999. She served on a team that was among the area’s top producers until 2002 when she began working as a real estate paralegal for a local attorney. In 2004, McCoy continued her career as a realtor in the Upstate. A life-long resident of Easley, McCoy is a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church and serves on various church committees and organizations. She is a member of the Easley Chamber of Commerce and actively volunteers for community events.

An Easley resident, Walsh has been a licensed real estate professional for 25 years and has practiced the profession full-time for the past 12 years. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). She is licensed as a broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Walsh is actively involved in the Easley Chamber, Rotary and other civic organizations. She was named by the Business and Professional Women’s Club as the 2006 Pickens County Business Woman of the Year and received the honor as the S.C. Business Woman of the Year for 2007.

Gardner, an Easley resident, has been in the real estate profession since 1996. He is a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a graduate of The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate, and a graduate of The Floyd Wickman Real Estate program. Gardner is active in various community outreach programs through his church.
