Realtors Named Top Producers of Coldwell Banker Caine’s Seneca Office

Regina Bolt, Lauren Holmes Willis, and Alex Hartsell recently were honored as the Top Producers respectively from Coldwell Banker Caine’s Seneca office for the second quarter of 2009.

Bolt, the office’s Top Producer this quarter, is a life-long resident of Oconee County. She has been in the real estate profession for two years and has earned the national designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and is a Cartus Specialist. She is recognized nationally as a top producer, having been named a member of Coldwell Banker’s Sterling Society. Prior to real estate, she worked in a medical, service-related field for 21 years. She is a member of the Christian Real Estate Network.

Willis has been a resident of the Seneca area for six years and has been in the real estate profession for three years. She has earned the national designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and is an E-Marketing Specialist. She is a member of the Seneca Architectural Review Board. Willis is a graduate of Clemson University.

Hartsell has been a real estate agent since 2002, and possesses more than 20 years experience in retail management and retail real estate development. He has been named to the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, which is inclusive of the Top 5 percent of sales associates in the country. Hartsell has served in the U.S. Navy and is a graduate of the Baptist College of Charleston. Among his community activities, Hartsell has been President of the Parents’ Advisory Board for the City of Walhalla Recreation Department, and Booster Club member at Walhalla and Daniel High Schools.
