InsideCounsel Publisher Tom Duggan said: “We have been able to draw from the government, unions and leading law firms to bring together a program that will help senior in-house counsel prepare their companies for the inevitable changes in our nation’s workplace laws. This is a one day event where corporate lawyers will be able to exchange ideas with their peers as well as interact with leaders who will be at the forefront of change.”
“This symposium is just another example of Fisher & Phillips’ commitment to monitoring and preparing for the possibility of major pending labor law changes,” said Michael D. Carrouth, a partner in the firm’s Columbia office. “Locally, we’re seeking out more ways to educate the business community about likely developments and their bottom-line impact.”
