Sales associates from Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s Spartanburg office recently represented the following real estate transactions throughout South Carolina:

• Greg Googer and Matthew Brewington represented the purchaser, Patton Development Corp. in the purchase of 1.1 acres of vacant land at Country Club Road in Spartanburg.

• Greg Googer and Michael Reese represented the purchaser, Patton Development Corp. in the purchase of 1.3 acres of vacant land at 1301 Lockhart Hwy. in Union, S.C.

• Jack Newton represented the landlord, Dog and Cat, LLC, in the lease of 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 119 Ian Court in Spartanburg.

• Michael Reese represented the owner, Li’l Cricket, LLC, in the sale of 8,200 square feet of industrial space at 7620 Asheville Hwy. in Spartanburg

• Greg Googer represented the purchaser, Walker Land Partners, LLC, in the purchase of 1.3 acres of vacant land at 2344 Ashley River Road in Charleston, S.C.

• Jack Newton represented the tenant, United Way of the Piedmont, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 330 UCCI Way in Spartanburg
