Waldrop Heating and Air Conditioning Names James Phillips to Head Up Sales/Marketing for New Greenville Residential Operations
Greenville, SC — Spartanburg-based Waldrop Heating & Air Conditioning, in business since 1970, has named James Phillips to lead sales and marketing efforts for its residential installation and service business in the Greenville metropolitan area. Phillips is based in the company’s recently established Greenville office located on Cessna Court near the Greenville Downtown Airport.
Phillips has more than 20 years of experience in the residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) sector. Phillips’ career history includes owning and operating his own HVAC business, as well as holding a sales leadership position with another local HVAC firm. He is certified by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) as a heating and air conditioning design professional, is NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified, and has completed over 150 hours of building science training and certification coursework through the Comfort Institute, a highly respected national organization.
Waldrop Heating & Air Conditioning is the residential operating division of Waldrop, Inc., a full service mechanical contracting firm serving commercial, institutional, industrial, healthcare and residential markets throughout South Carolina and western North Carolina.
Waldrop will mark its 40th anniversary in 2010 with a variety of customer appreciation specials and promotions throughout the year.
