The Upstate is an increasing global community with over 245 international firms, 24 countries represented and over $9 billion in investment since 1990, and this is just a microcosm of the
world beyond the Upstate. Bernell King Ingram, Intercultural Coach and Trainer, will lead a
discussion on “Growing as Interculturally Effective Professionals” for business leaders, professionals and teams working in an intercultural environment. You will be challenged to
develop your intercultural competence, explore new ways to thinking, being and interacting with the ultimate goal of capturing business opportunities and finding solutions to challenges
in intercultural communications, relations, sales, marketing and negotiating.
