Unified Network Group Inc. is on the cutting edge of the WatchGuard technical programs. Each technical support teammate is now certified in WatchGuard Fireware XTM v11.0. According to network engineer Sam Edge, “the consolidation makes it much easier to perform regular maintenance and configuration.” One major enhancement noted in this interface is that it allows one-touch configuration or license updates to single or multiple WatchGuard XTM or Firebox appliances.
