__ Individual Environmental Stewardship in Upstate South Carolina (Awards in this category are intended to honor any individual who has demonstrated exceptional stewardship in the sustainability and green building arena in the Upstate South Carolina Region.)

1. Magnitude and visibility of the activity for which nominee is honored in the Upstate South Carolina Region.
2. Length of time nominee has been engaged in, and committed to, green building in Upstate South Carolina Region.
3. Transferability and marketability of the activity for which nominee is honored in Upstate South Carolina Region.
4. Contributions to reduced greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption and improved environmental performance
in the Upstate South Carolina Region.
5. Impact on public understanding of green building, LEED, and sustainability in Upstate South Carolina Region.
