Coldwell Banker Caine Acquires ERA Riverside in Greer
Deal Marks Caine Company’s Second Acquisition in Second Half of 2009

Greenville, S.C. – Dec. 7, 2009 – Coldwell Banker Caine announced today the acquisition of downtown Greer-based ERA Riverside, a firm comprised of 15 agents located at 218 Trade Street. The deal comes on the heels of Caine’s merger with Real Estate Associates in Seneca in September 2009.

ERA Riverside opened in 2006 and was recognized as a Top 50 firm in the ERA network after only two years in operation.
