Network Controls and Electric Helps Phillips Pet Supply Go Green
GREENVILLE, SC, December 3, 2009 – Network Controls and Electric – a leading supplier of cabling and electrical infrastructure -- is helping Spartanburg-based Phillips Pet Supply generate more efficient lighting, cooling and energy, supporting the company in its green environmental initiatives.
In a collaboration with Alliance Development, Inc., Network Controls and Electric (NC&E) in this design/build project will support a 97,000-square-foot expansion of Phillips Pet Supply. The NC&E activities include upgraded lighting, additional offices, a new 125-KW generator, a new fuel island, and a 2500-square-foot cooler/freezer.
“Not only will Phillips reduce its energy usage but it also will reduce its operating expenses,” Brad Cunningham, CEO of Network Controls and Electric, said. “NC&E is proud to be able to support Phillips Pet Supply with high-quality designs, products, and services that contribute to the environment and the bottom line.”
