Benji Smith, President and Broker In Charge of Flagship Properties in Greenville, recently represented the following real estate transactions in the Greenville area:

• Smith represented the seller, Small Business Loan Source, LLC, in the sale of 534 Woods Lake Rd. in Greenville (formerly the Italian Market and Grill), consisting of 6,800 square feet. Frank Hammond of Colliers Keenan represented the buyer, Manly Square Investors, LLC.

• Smith represented the tenant, Nancy M. Netter, M.D., Internal Medicine, in association with MDVIP, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of medical office space at 9 Buena Vista Way in Greenville. Steve Greer and Nelson Garrison of Prudential Commercial represented the landlord, S & L Development, LLC.

• Smith represented the seller, McCollum Business, LLC, in the sale of 2,470 square feet of medical office space at 403 Hillcrest Drive in Easley to LRF Holdings, Inc. The purchase will permit Easley General Surgeons to expand its medical office.
