Students develop a NxLeveL® Action Plan that guides their efforts in transforming their companies by setting financial goals and addressing credit challenges.

*Individualized Development Plan (IDP) is used as a guide for sessions to help the coach and the client co-create a plan to prioritize, plan, set goals, grow, complete tasks and evaluate progress. Both the client and the coach are clear on the relationship and what they aim to accomplish together.
**In-touch access allows clients to contact the coach via phone or email without the worry of receiving additional charges. Phone calls not to exceed 10 minutes.
