Todd Usher, founder and president of Addison Homes LLC, has earned the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Usher is one of more than 400 professional homebuilders nationwide to gain the designation, which identifies him as one of the U.S. building industry’s top professionals.
Administered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Graduate Master Builder program is sponsored locally by the Home Builders Association of Greenville. To qualify as a candidate for the GMB certificate program, a builder must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) or Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation and have at least 10 years of building experience. GMB graduates complete a series of five, six-hour courses on business management techniques, and the latest technology and trends in the homebuilding industry.
