Local Companies Outsource HR Activities to HR Experts On Demand

HR Experts On Demand, an Upstate-based firm that delivers practical and customized human resources support and services to small business and nonprofit organizations, recently added three new clients.

Tri-State Pumps and Controls, Inc. (TSP) outsourced all of its human resources management activities by taking advantage of the firm’s flexible HR Director On Call program.TSP, headquartered in Liberty, SC, recently was named the third fastest growing company in the state by the S.C. Chamber of Commerce.

Assisting Angels, Inc. of Mauldin, SC, engaged HR Experts On Demand to conduct an HR audit, develop an employee handbook and prepare job descriptions. The firm will provide ongoing HR Director On Call services as well. With more than 50 employees, Assisting Angels is the only Senior Approved non-medical home health care agency in Upstate South Carolina.

Ground Industries, Inc., a start-up company in Greenville, SC, which manufactures and sells skateboards and other extreme sports products, hired the firm to create an HR infrastructure, develop an employee handbook and a safety manual, and perform a safety audit. The firm will provide Ground Industries with ongoing HR Director On Call services as well.
