Todd Usher Named HBA of Greenville 2009 Builder of the Year
GREENVILLE, SC - Todd Usher, founder and president of Addison Homes LLC, has been named 2009 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greenville. The award was presented during the association’s 50th Anniversary celebration held Jan. 16 at the Embassy Suites in Greenville.
Sponsored annually by BB&T, the Builder of the Year award is the highest honor awarded by the Home Builders Association of Greenville. It recognizes a builder who represents the highest level of integrity and honesty in the homebuilding industry.
“Todd has demonstrated great leadership for our association and for our industry,” said Tom Dillard, 2010 HBA of Greenville President. “He has been instrumental in shaping our green building initiatives, he continues to support the Associations Sales & Marketing Council as a charter member, and is an active HBA member serving on numerous committees and participating in HBA events.” A member of the HBA of Greenville board of directors, Usher led the local homebuilders association as president in 2008.
